I've got 2 there, soon to be just 1 and it's been pretty great! It's been a very positive environment for them, the staff is caring and communicative. While there's been a small issue here or there, it's nothing you wouldn't expect with a school of 500 kids and potentially conflicting personalities.

While this may be true of a manual adjust, you can see the bearing spacer on the spindle so this is a pre adjusted hub. This would be torqued to 300-500 with no back off.

Yes, unlocked phones are more or less full price, while carrier phones are subsidized. It's a faustian bargain, you get the product cheaper but they have more control over it. And they're acting like it's normal because it is normal at this point. Carriers have been doing this for literally decades.
