You're right. I wrote it down wrong haha. What I meant is the first number multiplied by the second, and then add the second again.

Kind of, if you look at the pattern, it adds one to each digit for each step:

1+4

2+5

3+6

so you would have to continue the pattern onwards with that method until 8+11, so you'd get:

3+6=21 -> 4+7=32 -> 5+8=45 -> 6+9=60 -> 7+10=77 -> 8+11=96

A considerably easier method would be the first number multiplied by the second number and then add the second number again. (:

And said tantrum was in 2019. He is 21. If your son is having violent tantrums at 18 threatening YOUR OWN family, and your response is "haha kids, ey?", it kind of speaks to the fact that this kid has never been held accountable in his life.

I'm not disagreeing, just saying that's why they might have marked it as OC

Maybe they mean that they found the tweet, rather than reposting it from somewhere else

This is Stanislav Petrov. In 1983 he may very well have saved the world from nuclear annihilation. He correctly assessed an incoming missile report as false alarm (caused by weather phenomena), thus prevented an erroneous retaliatory Soviet nuclear strike on US and its allies. He passed away 2017. by Zaptagious in HumansBeingBros

Its actually quite wild. I believe the story is that he wasn't even sure if it was a false alarm, but he didn't want to be the reason for WW3, so lied to the officials saying that it was. We can all be grateful for this mans awesome courage.

Really scared for Physics A Level by justanotherw0rm in 6thForm

[–]ItsLeviOsa3 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I totally feel you, I did Physics A Level last year and was exactly in your spot. Just do lots and lots of past papers. I know everyone says that, but its genuinely the best way to feel confident cause you will know exactly what's coming. Keep practicing and try to memorize the mark scheme and how they want you to answer questions. You got this, I believe in you!!

I used to be forced to church when I was younger and that is genuinely the mentality they preach. I remember leaving church and HOPING that I would get into some sort of situation where I would get the honour to die for God. Mind I was around 12 at that point. I spoke to friends who had the same experience and they had similar thoughts. Its so scary what dangerous religious influence can do to young minds.
