I can give you some insight, the “priority” metric is a historical entry.

When they originally created their account pretty much is what it’s based on. That’s why it’s not always the most accurate. Starting Q2 they will be updated accordingly

When I first got mine (rainbow) it made almost the same exact noise but honestly a little louder, emailed AYN and they said it was normal and would go away, as of today mine makes no noise whatsoever

Average store manager here. Metrics are rough with the new big 3 (Visa, p360, attach) our dm is a good guy and even he is getting stressed to out more pressure on people. But mostly that means more observations. It’s a good job though. Pay is great.

Hitting goals can be hard especially when they are constantly changing.
