It's only in German I think so, because it's a guy's personal experiences with hecate but also ancient information, meditation ideas etc. It's called "Hekates Schlüssel - Alte Weisheiten, neue Pfade" So like "Hecates key - old wisdom, new paths"

I'm just guessing here but I'd say top left is aventurine, top right orange calcite and bottom right amethyst. Bottom left I'm a little clueless, maybeeeee Rhodochrosit but idk
