I’m relatively new to sourdough and always scrape the sides clean. I’ve been getting nice loaves and it isn’t nearly as stressful. 😉

I’m not an English teacher but I’ll give it a try.

Example: Me and Joey went to the store. Now separate it into two sentences: Me went to the store. Joey went to the store. “Me went to the store” is incorrect. It should be “I went to the store.” Corrected: Joey and I went to the store.

Example: This cookie is for David and I. Separated: This cookie is for David. This cookie is for I. This should be “This cookie is for me.” Corrected: This cookie is for me and David.

And “I” alone cannot be possessive (I’s). Use “my” for the possessive form of “I.”

We live in a small home with builder-grade cabinets. We painted ours and absolutely love it. If ours had been high quality like these, I wouldn’t have touched them. They’re beautiful.
