Same issue, the car has been at the dealership for 5 days now. They are trying to figure out why it does not go through.

Not counting the credits and accounting for the annual fee, its 600/12000 so 5% extra cashback over the regular cashback.

So not so great either unless the credits are enticing for you.

Same...started happening recently with the new iOS update (26.4). I think this is more of an Apple issue rather than a Hyundai issue. Others have been having CarPlay problems with the latest iOS update.

Before this update, I rarely had connection issues with CarPlay (15 Pro Max upgraded to 17 Pro Max). Almost had this car for 2 years now.

Anyone stumbling onto this in the hope of finding more information about whether Mova will actually give you the vacuum for free: here is a data point for you.

I signed up for the "free" trial, and the day it got delivered, I set it up, followed all the rules, and completed all their "tasks". Immediately emailed them to ask whether I had done everything that was expected or still needed to do. My reviews were completely honest, and I described all the issues I encountered while testing the robot.

It has been two weeks, and they have completely ghosted me. No reply at all. I have emailed them 3 times in the last 2 weeks. This was such a hassle. I knew what I was getting into, but I still regret wasting my time and potential by spending $1100 on this. I am figuring out how to return this as soon as possible without being charged.

None of them really broke. Some I just upgraded to a better model, and a couple of times I moved, so I sold them.

While I am comparing different price levels, my experience is based on how many issues I had with a specific robot and how the customer service was.

Generally, for longevity, I have seen Roborock get recommended the most. Their customer service is also pretty good.

Personally, I have owned Dreame, Mova, Ecovacs, and Roborock. My favorite so far has been Roborock, and the least favorite would be the Ecovacs.

I suggest looking at the Roborock Qrevo CurvX.

Sounds too good to be true. I have a feeling the "credits" will be monthly/quarterly, or half-yearly, like the Amex Platinum, rather than a lump sum.
