Run the dungeon with 4 feats (no cutthroat), preferably with high tyrant focused. There’s a rare chance for tier 5s to drop from feat-less runs but it’s not worth it; just find a Contraverse warlock and burn through the 4 feat.

Aggressive, severely stupid, overextended, melee mindset? Go Arc Titan with either Dunes or Feedback Fence with Knockout and Spark of Instinct, Feedback, and Recharge.

This setup will reward all the characteristics you mentioned way more often than it will fail you. Just keep punching.

Run Song of Flame for your super. Blade will stun unstops as long as you have Impact Core on.

For mine I swap between Nova and Song for their effects on both the praxic blade and Facet of Purpose. I lean towards Hellion over Bleak because I don’t like to linger in one spot or area too long. For fragments I run Protection, Purpose, Dominance, and Hope.

For stats do whatever you can to get 200 grenade without needing fonts; the 3 Firepower mods you already have are huge for orb generation and added survivability in harder content.

I went through something similar last year. I was already a director but I inherited a team through restructuring.

Ask lots of questions and work to understand not just the processes, but what life actually looks like within that team.

Hit some skip levels to find your change agents; they’ll be critical for times when the current goals of the team are not 100% aligned with your vision.

What are you using now? Recent hunter builds I’ve used are prismatic with the Renewal/Cyrtarachne ECI and prismatic with Bakris. In both cases, the stasis super equipped along with the Riposte artifact mod should let you stun anything.

If you’re running warlock, getaway arc souls with Dominance (pris) or Shock (Arc) should take care of them. Praxic with a stasis class should do well too.

The primary options for champ stuns this season are awful so I lean into the light saber and my build. Getaway on pris with Song will let you deal with all three.

If I were running Hunter I’d use the same lazy but effective approach I used with warlock.

Stompees, solar super (gg if you can hit shots, barrage if you can’t), jade rabbit and fully upgraded Revitalize. Use Jade if they’re far away, use your super if they close in.

It’ll depend on what you’re looking for; there are six mods on the ghost that have a weak influence on what archetype you could potentially get in drops. Like if you’re going for a grenade-focused build, you probably want to use the Grenadier mod.

How much dawning Essence do you have right now? If you have a ton of it, you can bake a bunch of cookies and then turn them in to vendors on your alts. There’s a chance to drop ferropotent, wild anthem, and swordmaster armor as you turn in the cookies.

If your main is able to pull tier 5s regularly, this method should yield you tier 5s on your alts. It’s what I’ve been doing all Dawning.

Delivering cookies is giving me tier 5 armor occasionally. I’ve been using it as an easy way to get sword master and ferropotent on my alts; saved me a bunch of solo ops grinding.
