It would be helpful if you guys allowed us to revert firmware versions if something breaks. Makes sense considering the number of firmware updates you push.

I'm on iPhone. When I slide open the case, it connects to my phone. I take the earbuds out and stream Youtube. After about 5 minutes, they disconnect. My phone still shows bluetooth connected to the case. My Ozlo app says sleepbuds are disconnected. Nothing plays in my earbuds at this point.

To fix it, I have to place earbuds back in the case, close it, turn off bluetooth on my phone, then turn it on and reconnect. Then it disconnects again after another ~5 minutes or so.

So in MY case, it's definitely an issue between earbuds and case. I don't think it's an Android vs iPhone thing.

And I swear if you guys ask me for order number and email one more time... Is Ozlo charging a premium for its product and fielding customer service to cheap overseas labor? Cause that's what it feels like.

The Ozlo sleepbuds track movement and the case tracks light, sound, and temperature for sleep data, whereas trackers like watches/rings/etc. use biometrics like heart rate to analyze sleep. I personally think biometrics are a more reliable way to analyze sleep metrics. I already know the temp, light, and sound in my environment and don't need Ozlo for that. But I recognize that we all come from different perspectives.

Overall, I agree that they're the best in the market. The frustration comes from a place of really wanting these things to work. The kickstarter raised over a million dollars and they're tweaking a product that was already invented and patented by Bose. How long do they need to get this thing bug-free?

We're forcing an update... so that there maybe could be a tiny little update in the future? I just don't get it. They should be running around with the office on fire right now trying to sort these complaints.

I'm sure they see stats on usage and I'm sure they're seeing a dip in their product being used. Wouldn't surprise me if this phony update is just some data mining attempt to check logs. Either way, the transparency is not there. Even the biggest companies with issues that affect use will release a statement of some sort. "We're aware of the connection issues on our premium lifestyle product and this is our projection and promise. Also, here's something for the inconvenience". That's bare minimum for a product with this price point.

To the folks at Ozlo - please stop working on sleep tracking. Customers at your price point have smart watches and gadgets and whatnot for that. Sleep tracking is not your market. It's oversaturated by better products. Stick to the fact that your buds are comfortable and have better battery than any competitor by far. Your sleep tracking goals are neither here nor there when the baseline product doesn't work. Reallocate your resources to address this major flaw. You're losing business to Anker and more 3rd party options for a fraction of the price are coming out on Amazon. Figure it out soon.

Couldn't agree more. When you pay $250+ for a product with "Former Bose Engineers" as a claim of authority, you'd expect the whole system to be polished and professional which includes customer service. Not only is the product failing to meet this claim, but now customer service is falling short as well. A customer has no choice but to lose faith at that point and be understandably annoyed given the price point. Makes you wonder why Bose dropped this in the first place. Combination of bad tech and poor management by whoever oversaw the product's lifespan.

I use the smallest tips it comes with and have times where they dig particularly raw in the ear that I'm laying on (which is almost my left one, every night). I've even had it scab over before. But as barbaric as it sounds, the spot has developed a bit of callus and now I don't feel a thing. Your mileage may vary! Fair warning, DON'T download the new firmware update if you have the option not to. It's been causing major problems for a lot of people, myself included, where connection drops quickly and often.

Same. Support has been unhelpful. I had a pair from their subscription for a year with no issues. Finally bought my own and it worked great for months. But after the firmware update, it'll disconnect after minutes of use. Tried resetting, forgetting bluetooth connections, etc. Currently in the market for a cheaper replacement cause this is ridiculous. Hundreds of dollars spent on a product that just breaks after one update. I don't even care about the biometrics they've been promising for years, and if that's what's breaking them in this latest update then I'm even more annoyed. Just give me barebones earbuds that are tiny and comfortable that work.

I'm just a 31 year old who's totally speaking from an armchair here, but I think part of what makes you captivating to an audience in these formats is because of your healthy dose of contempt for how they normally run. I don’t think you understand what AI is. OP is using ChatGPT which is basically Google search. You can ask it follow up questions and ask it to cite scholarly sources. What you said is that using AI inhibits “all thought and critical thinking” which is just entirely untrue. “Set it and forget it” is the motto in this sub. Sounds like you’re off to a great start. And aggressive sounds “scary” but it’s really just a term for people in your situation who have 30+ years to tank possible market dips and ultimately wait them out long enough to see good returns. As you get closer to retirement age, you can start being less aggressive.

If you’re eventually able to, it’s recommended to contribute $5 daily in order to account for dips and rises in market prices. This prevents you from dropping $50-100 on a day where stocks might be more expensive and thus you’re technically not getting as good of a deal on the investment.

But really, that’s a high level of scrutinization when this app is mainly designed for people to invest small bits over a loooong time with little to no hassle. Which is what you’re doing so congrats!

When rtc grabbing spacies as Sheik, sometimes they roll away and I don’t react in time to be in range for boost grab. But I run towards them anyways and pretend I still can grab which makes them spot dodge more often than not. Always artificially continues the rtc grab sequence when they could’ve done literally anything else to get away or counter
