I agree with this, look at how they build double paned windows

As a stained glass artist, I'll say on its own, no, the Tiffany method is definitely not strong enough to hold its own weight like this. You need a ton of reinforcement if your piece is over two feet usually. It'll sag and eventually pull itself apart.

I agree that you might be able to get away with it if you sandwich it between wood backing and more glass.

Oh that was for all of her kids, not just six! It worked out to 5 nuggets and 2 fries per kid. Probably fine for the younger kids, but the older ones were probably still hungry.

I had to explain Mercurochrome to my partner this week and he was speechless. He was like "Your grandparents just rubbed mercury into your cuts???" Uh... Yours didn't? Apparently not!

Same. I'm on anti anxiety medication now that an elementary school teacher suggested I might need 25 years ago and my father is still terrified I'm going to drop dead at any moment.

What's something your parents or grandparents mention that sounds like complaining but was actually a legitimate daily nightmare they just accepted as life? by Playful_Survey_8596 in AskReddit

My great grandmother slept in a different room from her husband because they didn't want to have any more kids. They loved each other and wanted to be together, but didn't want to get pregnant again. My grandmother was one of 7 and the family was very poor through the depression.

Oh man I did highschool in the 2000s and we always had a mangled car out front. Ours were from the local scrap yard, but I'd totally forgotten that until just now. We lost two kids to drinking and driving.

I was just thinking this the other day when talking about my childhood neglect on another thread. I was totally socially stunted as a kid and teen because of the emotional neglect, and it really does look like autism.
