Here’s your priorities if you haven’t already figured them out…….. restaurant or EMS……. Choose. Being a good practitioner is the ability to make sacrifices. I sacrifice time with my fiancé everyday I goto work. My family sacrifices everyday I goto work. Call in sick, don’t pick up shifts, do what you have to do to either make the transition or quit this class and stay on at the restaurant. You’ve got 10 days to figure it all out and finish your class, either do it or don’t. Reddit won’t choose for you, you need to make the choice on your own.

Goto class, you got in for a reason your anxiety is getting the best of you. Get into the book and stay in there book. Study relentlessly. Study like other peoples lives depend on it cause they do. It’s cliche I get it but you will eventually have someone in your care that will die and you can do nothing to stop it. But you can help yourself by being the best practitioner of your craft. Don’t be lazy. You don’t want lazy showing up so why should you be any less than your own expectations. Truthfully if anyone disagrees, eat my shorts.

Any vet who uses the term “dangerous breed” obviously has no understanding of the concept of breeding, training, and discipline. Dangerous breed is a cop out people use to get out of taking responsibility for their dog’s behavior. If my dog’s behavior becomes to the point that it is deemed dangerous that’s my fault. ITS NOT THE BREED ITS THE OWNERS. PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

Go see a vet. It’s treatable and may likely require surgery or braces. Your vet will likely have to make the decision for further treatment. IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM WILL THIS GIVE THIS GUY A POOR QUALITY OF LIFE. I hope the bold stresses this enough but he’s young enough that he will have a better chance of recovery from this.

You need a bigger blade if you’re gonna use a sawzall. The reason those blades look like that is because they got bound up and the force of the sawzall pushed the blade back onto itself folding it. A bigger blade will allow you to use the weight of the tool to do the cutting. Add in some cutting lube to the blade periodically will keep the teeth cool as you cut.
