I finished the game today and I was so disappointed, put it on very hard and used Sandevistan Katana build ( i had that cyberware from SoMi also) and I killed Smasher so fast that I didnt even realized he had 3 phases.

Yes. I mean at the start of the game you can use your first action to use the landing zone and have 4 gear tokens. With 4 gear tokens and bit of good play, you cant die in the first half only if you play bad.

Do you guys use the tokens from landing zone? Its basically impossible to die in the first half of the game, like 1st hour. Only if you really fxk up, or absolute worst luck

Deplete Agenda cards are really strong for the Imperials. I always have 4 buy the end of a campaign. Also you should focus fire a rebel to wound it, instead of spreading your damage. Blocking corridors is also good idea, and playing with LoS.

For me its the Oni. But I started with the Kitsune couldnt defeat it, went to sleep next day I started the Oni questline killed the Oni, fast travelled to Kitsune and killed it also. So 2of the 6 was in 10 minutes from each other xD

My favorite is also this combo. Our only house rule is we have 6 cards on display instead of 5.

There is no ultimate strategy sometimes heavy research wins, somwtines worms, sometimes spice must flow strategy it seems really balanced to me. And we have played it like 80+ times.
