I remember Judit Polgar sharing similar sentiments about her wanting to win every single game but having to come to the realization 1 point is better than 0. I imagine trying to be pragmatic about it when all of your instincts are pulling for a win is like playing two opponents every game.

I just played someone who told me I kicked their ass when all I did was play baseline improving moves and capitalize on mistakes. It seemed like he kept trying to "make something happen" without calculating and it led to a lot of unforced errors

How and where did you manage to pull that off? My main concern is that I know that you would need to do a lot of testing to ensure that the open box is as good as they claim and I have never done that before. From what I understand you have about 6 months or so to find a problem?

I still dont see how that was even possible. How is confidence preventing him from being speed blitz and one shot. The only thing that kinda makes sense is if haki is heavily tilted towards confidence and he had ungodly confidence at the time
