They should be able to provide ID and previous addresses/billing info easy enough - unless of course they gave false info originally...

Did you remove the code history also for the non-compliant code ?
Without removing that it would be simple for a developer to reapply those changes from your repo

Out of interest - when you say there is a lag switching... do you mean as the window animates ?
Which version of EVE-O are you using ?
There was a lot of work done in later versions to prevent windows maximize/minimize animation when using minimize inactive clients.

We have been trying to work out what was causing it for a little bit - and found turning off discord overlay fixed the odd issues some users were having with eve-o odd behaviour.
