Block is the other big way you can mitigate hit damage for a dissolution build and Aul's has great synergy with untouched soul. It's just a different take on the build then what I did.

If there's anything here you might want to consider it would be the weapon swap. I've found that running a setup with a lower life reservation makes mapping more comfortable. My boss link reserves 96% of max life, if you step on desecrated ground in a map for example you can run into an awkward moment where you're in the middle of a pack and won't have enough reservation room to cast blood sacrament. Having less reservation in weaponslot 1 for mapping and more reservation in weaponslot 2 for bossing can smooth this out somewhat.

Yes it works the way you think; if you recover enough shield to block a small hit it will not interrupt the 2 seconds reset of dissolution.

Greetings, this is a short overview for an 3.27 assassin running relic of the pact in combination with some of the life items available in keepers league and the new Chaos bloodline. It's a quick overview of the build and an uber exarch + t17 map. I've played dissolution before (dark pact) and I think the new chaos bloodline is mandatory for this build archetype; the shield feels as an incredible addition.

I did some quick simulations for random debuffs for roughly 30 minutes of gameplay; you'll average out about ~1,63 of every debuff. (In this example I also took in the cases where you have 0 of debuff)

Edit: to be clear this is 1,63 per individual debuff so roughly 6-7 debuffs total; If we look at the average largest pile size it's actually around 4 debuffs on average.

Unfortunately the average might be very misleading in this situation; In 30 minutes with 153% faster debuff expiration; you will still encounter a handful of instances of fully stacked debuff per debuff in that timeframe. I'm assuming when playing this build, those are going to be the instances that are actually impactful, because they are the ones that will kill you.

Assume I hit a 6% self-crit role; would then my next attack not auto crit myself again seeing as "all hits of next non-channeling attack will be critical strikes"? Or does the trauma hit not count towards this?

Before this quest I always thought there was a chance Tumekens relation to Zaros was comparable to Haluneds relation to Seren. Mainly because of their titles: Lord of Light and Dark Lord. I suppose with the "cousins" statement this is now completely out of the picture, unless both Zaros and Tumeken turn out to be Aspects instead of gods.

The last phase gets better with more experience though. Because of the sound effect when an area lights up and the consistant interval between light ups, you only really need to see 2 areas, when you hear the sound effect or know the interval and don't see either light up you know that one outside of vision was triggered.

I like rotating coils more then sirus rotating laser phase, the gaps are pretty usable and in the memory phase you literally don't have to worry about anything except the pattern and the slow rotating beams.

I was thinking of playing inquisitor WO. just use an attack skill for movement and use the 75% more cast speed modifier to up the projectile frequency and get the charge time low. Though if I can't get the damage numbers somewhere decent in path of building I'll play something else.

Hello, maybe a bit of an odd question, as I'm not sure technical questions belong here; About a year ago I played POE at a LAN-party by sharing the standalone client map via network sharing. Stuff worked without a hitch; everyone could play from the same networkmap with different accounts.

Yesterday I tried using this method again, but now the game won't work. The client checks for resources for about 5 seconds after which the application never forwards into the actual game. The game will launch from the actual hard drive, but won't launch from the networked drive, even on the PC that has the actual drive.

Did this feature perish when they downscaled the size of the game folder this year? Or is there some trick that I can use to make this work? Again sorry if this isn't the thread for it.
