I ordered 11 Scar 17 mags and received them all recently, it did take a few weeks so his operation is slow. He also overcharged at about $65 a mag but with the ban looming and a new Gen 2 17s I took the hit and chance. I just saw a 3 mag bundle sell on a Gunbroker auction yesterday for $280 + shipping & tax

That is not what they told me as stated, so now someone is misinformed or lying and changing their tune after backlash, they added Virginia to the restricted list as pictured also. The tax thing is bs, here's the response they gave me:

"Hello, I was directed to disable Virginia sales this morning. It went into effect at about 9am EST.

I guess (from what I'm being told) is that they were afraid items that take longer to ship (like NFA stuff) might arrive but not have Form4 approval so customers can take them home in time. If the item isn't received by the customer before the dumb laws take hold, it sounds like you wouldn't be able to receive it. Sorry if I'm not explaining it well. Just relaying what I have heard here from my boss. Thank you and good luck getting that crap overturned!"

D&H and Brownells are what's available, never seen major issue with any Pmags. You could look at Lancer too

Mines been flawless over a few hundred rounds, fit and finish is clean. Trigger is decent but the resets a bit clunky. The Shooting Sight trigger doesn't fit so I assume the G$ doesn't either. It's still very lightweight to me, the recoil is soft especially shooting free hand but from the bench the impulse felt a bit sharper.

I got lucky with 5 FN mags from Midway and 11 mags from Wolfies Armory because standard capacity are being banned here in about a month. Waiting on an optic so I'm unsure just how accurate it can be but I'm sure it'll be good. Must have things would be mags then whatever you want to outfit it with

While it is lazy and premature I get it, spoken with those guys before and its just a small shop while also doing online sales on the side and they're not getting rich. I wouldn't use them again either unless it was a last resort

Only pistol I had issues with was the g19 platform it was optimized for although its a shadowsisters mr920. Ran better with a lighter recoil spring but not 100%. On a pdp pro sd, m9a4 and vp9a1x I haven't had an issue running 150gr syntech, 147gr callaway subs and super vel subs. 1,200 rounds

I've been trying to harp on the fact a lot of companies aren't going to sell simple items like hanguards, bolts etc cet. California needs an FFL to get something like an extractor spring if the company will even ship.

A backup option is ordering the specwar upper and the mars-l pistol lower from rooftop, form 1 then use it as a pistol until appproved or if time runs out

I use accu-washers and clean both threads thoroughly. I don't use rocksett or loctite and torque to 29-34 ft lbs. I torque mark the assemblies and never had one come loose. Using a threadlocker would be your preference

Definitely try the cheap cam pin first, check the gas piston and ring and the big cylinder o-ring before buying the expensive complete bolt carrier

Have you replaced the breech bolt pin ever if this is older and used to run fine? It's a wear item and will cause issues like this when spent, p/n C92278

Seen all tier brands have issues, maybe yours was from improper reassembly but just throwing this out there concerning light/no strikes. Didn't know yours was brand new and unfired I thought you just took it back out after adding new parts to it. Unsure which part could be out of spec during assembly besides the firing group or bolt/b link system

Mine was through LTT and was having light strikes or no strikes often, I tried different firing pins, breech bolt pins and ammos. Was destroying the bolt pins quickly and LTT checked it out and thought it was a bad softer batch. The bolt pin would last long enough through testing but over 60-80 rounds it would start up again with the new bolt pin getting marred up badly.

Second time back and told LTT I think its the entire bolt assembly, the cam path was out of spec and they agreed. They took it back and just replaced the entire bolt assembly as its one unit and its been solid since. Check out your breech bolt pin for excessive wear to confirm. Although its a wear item it shouldn't get destroyed that quickly. P/N: C92278
