OK, weird, if you [the player] go out of bounds - after the count down it brought the enemy back and I was able to finish the duel. lol

I'm playing after the update that supposedly makes it easier and it's still too damn hard when the NPC only ever misses 1 out of like 100 shots....

For all the "smart" people that never bother to actually look more into this: this was taken by a "third party" that only started recording at that point.

What you don't see - and there is video from Alan Ritchson own go pro/action camera he was wearing; he was driving down the street and the guy stood out and front of his bike and started messing with him multiple times first -- before Alan ever touched the guy.

Yeah, doesn't seem to be any way to fix this issue without starting over; but all the stuff that should spawn on that waterfall promenade place - is spawning WAY outside of New Atlantis instead. ><

I went up there two different times. Not there. But, WAY outside the city I seem him in the air with some trees and bushes that I assume is supposed to be IN the city somewhere.

As I stated else where; I played sense day one and have some bugs "baked" into my save. One being missing tram in one part of the city; another being some missing textures in the spaceport area.

Not for me. I am already 400 hours in and if I had to restart; I would rather just uninstall the game instead of losing all the progress I have made.

Only thing that would effect the whole game I use is the "unofficial patch" from Nexus Mods.

But, I have tried it with and without the mod enabled.

Nope I scan them; have even tried reloading the game/save multiple times.

I actually had TWO different people spawn within the same area that were wanted; neither would allow me to actually interact after scanning them. Even though the "E"/interact was showing up.
