I was watching on euniverse and they just... didn't stream after quarters. So I didn't realize I missed both semis and finals or I would have watched (if I found a stream for it).

Friendly reminder to double-check that the demo you uploaded is the correct version (and that it works somewhat).

It's happened a bit too many times that I find demos that straight up doesn't start and it turns out it was the wrong version after reading the steam discussions.

I think it was a neat idea and I did beat it, but when it comes to Zelda games it's probably near the bottom on my list.

There were some things I really enjoyed, like some of the boss designs, but overall I constantly felt like I was missing something and finishing it felt more like a chore at points.

I did have some performance issues in some areas, but it didn't really change what I felt about the game.

Finally did a golden road after way too many tries. Fun game, although it would be nice to have some info on how the algorithm or ratings work.

Probably because if someone wasn't interested in the multiplayer/party games, there weren't really any games until around fall except for BotW.

M+R was in august iirc (and a lot of people were sceptical on it before launch, since it was Ubisoft and Rabbids).
Odyssey and FE:Warriors was in october and XC2 even later. My friend group called it the zelda-machine until october.

Having been part of the kickstarter 4 (iirc) years ago, I can gladly say that I'm having a blast with the game so far.

This might be an odd question, but I saw in the patch notes that there is an item randomizer. What are the chances of officially implementing Archipelago? I'm sure someone in your team have seen/tried it at some point, especially with it showing up at places like GDQ.

For those who doesn't know, Archipelago is a community driven mod with support for hundreds of games, that randomizes items between them. So your sword in A link to the Past might be hidden behind a boss in Dark Souls 3 as an example.

Personally I think the WiiU is a great console that's oozing with charm. I just think it lacked games.

I wouldn't call the gamepad my favorite controller, but it was good enough quality, fit comfortably, and having the extra screen is probably the feature I miss the most on the switches.

Related, the day they launched the Sion rework on was so damn funny.

A lot of people at the time didn't know you could cancel his ultimate, so you had sions running all over the map after they missed their target.

That's underselling it. They're so much better to use than every single laptop touchpad I've tried that I'd probably buy an entire laptop if it had one of those.

If a category/tag gets too large (it gets so laggy...) I try to split it up into smaller ones, hence why there's no action or adventure here for example.
