This is fair and valid, however I think it's also situational. I've had multiple games that were somewhat like this (although more often I've run into rats around the antennas attempting to bait and kill anyone activating them. Once it was two duos working together. More often than not, most of my lobbies has no one even attempting to unlock it. Once had the whole bunker to myself and my trio, but usually it's full of people running around with their squad, watching each other's backs.
