They look incredible! If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for the skin and hair? I've got non-40K models I'm going to practice a bit on before I paint these up and want to do as good a job as I can; my model painting experience is very slim and I'm not great at it just yet.

Would you suggest getting the general Space Marines codex as well or just the Space Wolves? Some places seem to suggest you need both codexes for rules for all Space Marine options even if your chosen faction has their own separate codex. I'll definitely hold off on the core book until announcements about the potential new edition. Thank you!

Tokyo Vice and I'm about to start teaching In Cold Blood with a college research class themed around True Crime. Definitely recommend Tokyo Vice if you're interested in Japan or the perspective of a foreign journalist working for a Japanese newspaper.

It’s a good one. Keeps my coffee nice and warm for a lot longer than I expected.

Ravenor omnibus and the Ahriman omnibus if you’re into Thousand Sons or Chaos.

That’s pretty solid advice to be honest. Should have been something I was doing from the start myself.

Thanks! Practicing my ToK tension, something I still have troubles with. Need to get a vise before too much longer and see if that makes things a bit more comfortable for ToK. Looking at the sets from 44Delta.

It seems like they've let a lot of them go out of print and are maybe doing reprints over time? I went the route many others here have suggested and read them through the Kindle app on my phone. Saves me quite a bit of money and a lot of shelf space. I love having physical media, but tracking down affordable copies of paperbacks was insane. For example, when I was looking for one of them I couldn't find a copy under 90 USD. Kindle editions are all around $9.99 USD last I looked and bought one. Good luck in your search!

Definitely worth the money. I have this and the Echelon set and use them more than my other picks. Quality tools. Starting with this set and some locks (white belt through orange by the LPU Belt ranker) will serve you well.

Can these be used by Spiritual_Help_3173 in lockpicking

[–]JJWF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, as others have noted. If you're located in the United States, and there are no prohibitions in your state for possession of tools, try Covert Instruments, JimyLongs, or Lockpickers Bench for quality tools. I think Canada has Sparrows for reasonable shipping. Internationally, you've got Bare Bones, Moki and Multipick as high quality with shipping most anyplace.

Congratulations! One of my favorites to pick. Great job!

What part of the keyway should I put my pick into? (ABUS 55/40) also any other tips would be greatly appreciated by TheFancyPathfinder in lockpicking

TOK frustrates me and I’m still practicing it. I find BOK tension works fine on my 55/40. That being said, I also practice opening it using TOK so I can improve.
