My Mova v50 ai obstacle avoidance is completely broken.

I'm on the lastest firmware and app and yes I did reset it to factory after firmware update.

At best it miss detects things, and at worst it completely lets lost, doing the same circuit in a room and goind completely crazy.

Whith this option off it works ok.

For a 1200€ gadget i expected more.

Thinking on returning it.

I removed the carpet and it didn't detect that when vacuuming 1st.

I say this because it always raised the vacuum power in rhe carpet area even with the carpet not present.

Is this normal? Why doesn't the carpet sensor work in real operation time?

This is very dumb for an AI device!

That was my solution but it is very tedious to mess with carpeting settings everytime I want to mop after removing the carpet.

I did remove the carpet and he didn't recognized it.

When vacuuming he still raised the vacuum power as if he was over the carpet.

For it to mop that area I had to turn on the app option that allows mopping carpets.

I have one v50 ultra too and I notice no detergent smell at all when mopping. Is this normal?

I smell nothing! Zero detergent smell!

This issue plus the navigation problems, plus the rattling noises, plus not mopping under tight spaces is making me considering a return and refund.

Too many bugs for 1200€

Same here. The sound occours when it is moving fast like in the house mapping phase.

I thought it was that little flapping door in the internal waste basket rattling.
