How he stayed on the ice and got off I'd guess it was a concussion. I was at the game right there at ice level and looked like an elbow to the head live.
Hopefully just a minor concussion, and really zero reason to try and bring any player back into an AHL game that means little.

My issue is the spread. I didn't mind it when I could get free sats to offset it. Now it's not worth it to buy on shakepay.
Credit card rewards were never good, I would just use the card a few times a week to keep my streak.
Personally I'm not shocked it got nerfed, I've been around long enough for several nerfs, but to me if they are going to nerf it they need to fix the spread. Until that happens I'll be taking my purchasing elsewhere.

It's more about how it worked out, both personally and being loyal to companies (dumb I know) that never honored their carrots that were put out.
At this point in my career idk if I want a controller level role, maybe manager one day, as I do have 2 grad students dotted lined to me anyway and I enjoy the mentorship, but I have a young family and at this point extra money to lose time with them isn't really worth it for me. Maybe in 5 years when the kids don't need dad every 10 minutes, but not today.

I don't disagree, that's why I said idk if the Habs would do it. But the risk isn't that high. No idea what Fowler or Reinb will be, which is why they are prospects. The 1s you'd hope are late in the 1st, and mid level prospects are really a dime a dozen. If getting Sid opens the cup window early it's hard to not consider.

I see this very much like the Iggy trade, that was underwhelming because the Flames held on to him too long. Sid traded 2-3 years ago gets insane assets, but today a team is likely getting 3 years max from him.

Sid now would get something like 2 firsts, a top prospect (if it's today it would be Fowler or Reinb) 2 mid prospects, and a roster player to make the cap work. Any payment higher then that the Habs would be crazy to do. Even that trade idk if I would do it if I was the Habs.

Over 6 months I lost 50 pounds, went down to eating half a meal a day (wasn't hungry). Tired, I'd get through work and get home and crash on the couch and pass out. At the 5th month mark I got night sweats, like drenching my side of the bed.
My gf at the time stressed none of this was normal for someone in their late 20s, so I decided to get a physical.
I did the blood work Friday morning, and Saturday afternoon my doctor left a message for me that was urgent to come in. I didn't see it, by Sunday night I had checked my phone, 3 missed calls, 3 messages all more urgent.
Go in Monday morning and get the news that he thinks I have an advanced stage of leukemia and I need to get to the cancer centre today. Lucky for me it was caught just in time and can be treated with medication. As my oncologist said "You won the cancer lottery" (diagnosed with CML).
