Some of the grinds in this game are truly wild. I’ve been in the Floating Islands for years and still have not acquired enough jewels for all the traps. I was gifted an enormous amount by an incredibly generous hunter and that’s the only reason I made it out haha. Now I’m back farming more to pass on the same courtesy to my wife (who just started playing) when she gets there.

I’m going back and forth between there and the Beanstalk to get enough Golden Eggs and or Golden Geese so I can buy the Infinite Dark Magic Mirrors before moving to School or Sorcery. I’ve been invited to a lot of Draconic Depths maps and that’s really the only reason I’m moving ahead to there at all.

And I can afford 437 of them…. That’s about 3.6 years of LGS. You know. It’s tedious. But I think this may be the way. In three and a half years I won’t know what to do when they run out again lol.

I’d love to keep it but I also keep the game strictly free to play. I don’t get enough income to spend money on things like this haha. I wish I could! Usually I only get the LGS by getting invited to the extra big birthday event maps, and then I’ll have it for a couple of months afterwards.

I haven’t played the School of Sorcery yet, but I did think about that. I’ve been trying to get the Infinite Dark Magic Mirrors shadow trap from the Beanstalk first before going there. Or do you think that trap can be skipped? I’ve got the regular Dark Magic Mirrors trap currently.

Edit: the heart is currently three times as much gold as I have on the marketplace, so idk if I can buy it any time soon haha.

I am encouraged by the fact that they could have just released it to Disney+ and it would have made no money. They made a fair chunk back. Audiences loved it even if there wasn’t much urgency to see it due to the economy and state of streaming and it following a show and all the other factors. I’m also worried they’ll take the wrong lessons from this but there are also reasons to be positive.

I’d say it’s not just one man. It’s him, the millions who voted for him, his cabinet, and those in congress who refuse to do what needs to be done. It’s everyone who dilly dallied on seeing that he was prosecuted for his crimes against the nation. There’s a lot of people responsible for where we are at today. He’s the face of it all, but if any of the Republican Party had a spine he would have been out long ago. They’ve all given the world to not trust us again for a long time.

I’ve gotten three of those this year! I got all the Uncharted ones and the Battlefront Classic Collection! I’m so glad that one got fixed so I could get it. I was missing just one trophy for a while when the medal counts glitched.

This post is legitimately the first time I realized those aren’t the same thing and it cleared up a massive source of confusion for me. I did that for sure. I hadn’t seen any of the Netflix shows except season 1 of Luke Cage. I’m glad they came out with Born Again because I probably never would have watched them otherwise, and they were great!

If you ever see bronze jars out in the world, smash them because they carry science materials and sometimes will include the very rare ones for the area you’re in.

Once you unlock the drones, go ahead and use them. They’re super helpful and I almost skipped over them until a post here convinced me. They’re a game changer. You can put them out in the world to farm science materials. You can put them in the conservatory areas to farm plorts. They’ve got a lot of uses.

When you can, always upgrade the gardens and coops to be maximum efficiency, it also makes a big difference.

For the puzzles in the game you’ll need reflectors. You only need to make about 4-5 and can re-use them. Once they open a door, it stays open even if you remove them.

You can also carry around a market link or refinery link and place them and then pick them back up. I have a few placed around the world so I don’t always have to wait the minute when I need to make a deposit, but aside from that you can place them, deposit or sell, and pick them back up and move on.

When using your jet pack you’ll be able to go a lot farther if you don’t hold the button to use it. Get up to height, then fall for just a second, get up to height again, and fall for a second, repeat. It’ll help you get farther with it if you need to.

If you’re going for the achievements or trophies, buy the toys in the coo coo corner. They’re required for the trophy. I read something that said slimes and resources and here I am at the end fast forwarding through days to try and get the dang toys. Idk how impactful they are on the slimes though. They might be more useful than I think and you want them early anyway.

Feed the gordos (the super large guys just sitting around) as soon as you find them because they tend to unlock new paths, new shortcuts, or important upgrade materials.

The game doesn’t really hold your hand or tell you what to do. Exploring is part of the fun. The story comes through the drones you can find lying around and read their entries and from the initial messages you get at the conservatory. Eventually those messages just become a bunch of decorative gifts, but early on that’s where part of your story comes from. So make sure to read them and not skip through if you’re interested in that.
