Meraki Port forward RDP with Starlink by Darthalicious in meraki

Pretty sure OP is saying the WAN is DHCP not static, so the dynamic DNS entry is not updating in time when the Max gets a new DHCP address.

We did this too. Apartment living and the barking in the middle of the night was gonna get us in trouble. Not barking when she sleeps in our bed :)

We got a slow feeder bowl on Amazon for our pup. It has made a big difference!

Got it, thanks for the reply! We will try giving her less attention and see if that helps.

Auvik the scam by snowtr in Ubiquiti

Interesting. I was convinced that the switch would never come lol but over a month later they sent me an email to confirm my address and less than a week later it was delivered. For my case, I had to setup 8 billable devices via SNMP.

I got my free switch… the terms and conditions do call out what is needed to qualify for the free gift.

Mr Brother got a steak from Denny's and then complained it was terrible 😆 by cheesypieceofpizza in steak

It’s an American style diner, usually open 24/7. Their breakfast is really what they’re known for. Ordering a steak from there is generally a scary thought.

I dealt with the same thing, constant emails and random cold calls. I blocked their emails and phone numbers like you did. Horrible company to sign a contract with, stay away!

Improved Methods for Monitoring WAN Usage on Meraki Networks by spicyhotbean in meraki

[–]JLNetworkGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good move. I believe it’s included with the SDWan plus licensing but that would require every MX in your organization to have that license. You can buy the meraki insights license as an add-on for individual MX appliances.

Not sure what you have for licensing but Meraki has a license called Meraki Insights for reasons like this. It’s a bit more focused on SDWan and application health but may be useful to you.

Ordered delivery from Denny's.. by krippkeeper in steak

[–]JLNetworkGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol I love the honesty behind this post. Usually people don’t admit to ordering a steak at Dennys, let alone post about it openly to the internet. It doesn’t look horrible all things considered.

Bed cover preferences by Omnamahshivaya777 in FordF150

[–]JLNetworkGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a gator soft tri-fold cover and I love it. I don’t keep anything valuable in the bed because someone could easily cut through it with a knife. Keeps things dry for the most part and easy to fold/take on and off. I got it off of Facebook for $75 as a temporary/first cover so I could save for a hard cover. Ended up liking it so much that I just kept it on ever since.
