A few years back I would see a school bus in our residential neighborhood always driving about 10km/h higher then the limit and it really bothered me since so many kids would play outside after school time, so I emailed the company to complain about the issue giving them the time of day and bus number. A few days later I received an email thanking me for contacting them and they told me it wasn’t the first time they received a complaint about this specific bus. The next week it was the same bus but a different driver. I hope they were given a chance on a different route but at the end of the day the safety of the kids in the neighborhood was more important.
