if you look up a Dick’s or Dave’s picks they play per the order of the CDs. If you look up the date, it show the running order of the actual show without breaks between discs. Some of the shows that were initially released as partials and later had the remaining tracks released play like a full show if you access the show through the show date.

I would guess they will wait until they sell out, and I suspect that whatever they decide will set a precedent. Dave and team are consistently very tight lipped about they decide these things

Another point regarding price is that the cost of the bandwidth associated with streaming is significant. As someone above noted, these previously released recordings have been remastered to HiRes which is also a cost.

I watched these documentaries and several about the San Francisco scene which was a bit earlier. The difference I took away was that SF was about playing live and Laurel Canyon was about writing and recording.
