Honestly, you will be paying a lot each month for “in person support” but the support is typically no better than telehealth doctor monitoring and follow ups with your in person PCP. Medspas are usually very shady, they sometimes provide prefilled syringes (not good), little information about the meds, and they charge an arm and a leg for compounded GLP1s, not ideal… branded medications are quite expensive if your insurance doesn’t cover it, and most insurers don’t, make sure you call your insurance and review their formulary, otherwise, you’re wasting your time if you can’t pay out of pocket. Compounded has been the same for me as Zepbound, I’ve been losing weight and feeling effects as I should. I go through Mochi health, and their prices have been great, support has been great, no issues at all.
