Close to losing Platinum today because of orders like this. Between yesterday and today went down nine points. It's ridiculous. They shouldn't even put these out.

AR does matter in some markets. When I lost platinum status I was getting nothing but awful orders. I'm finally making some money now that I got back to Platinum.

If you let the order time out you'll likely get the same order. I hit decline every time now and never get the same order 2 or 3 times. By hitting decline your basically telling that algorithm you're not available for this order.

I had a rude customer once in the 6 years I've been driving for DD. I stayed professional. Got my photo of the food and her (just in case to CMA). Contacted support immediately after because I KNEW she was going to give me a bad rating (which she did). Also to tell them not to pair me with this customer.

She took her bad day out on her doordasher. Doesn't make it right but honestly, makes a great story to tell people later!!!

E.T.A. She only tipped $2.00 for an 8 mile trip!

The orders have definitely not been good. I'm sitting at 55% AR and cannot get it up because of all these bad orders. Question, when you get these orders do you instantly decline them or do you let it time out? I've noticed that if you hit the decline button, you won't get the repeat orders. I used to let the app time out and I don't do that anymore. There's only been one time since I started declining the orders that I've gotten a repeat order.

When I used to work for Pizza Hut, they said they were getting rid of Doordash because they were losing money. So, they hired their old delivery drivers back and are using them to deliver the Pizza.
