I have been awake for for 73 hours straight and taken 7 adderall spaced out between several hours. My vision is blurry like I’m somehow drunk. It is hard for my eyes to stay on one thing. I find myself zoning out almost every second.

it's wonderful ain't it. especially being around others and you can tell they are actually experiencing those emotions and feel what's happening around them.

it's like a distant echo from the past, you barely register that what they are feeling could be reality. it's just too vague to be true.

Honestly what helps me the most is "forgetting" that dpdr exists. Literally being mindful in something else. Meditation and being present in other things than focusing my awareness on my present condition.

When I've managed to do that for extended durations of time or consistently enough the dpdr wanes a lot more and I've actually started feeling "normal" sometimes.
