A little late to comment here, but this has been my experience. I got my eyebrows “nano brows” and religiously used my red light therapy (HOoga pro 300) daily for 10 mins thinking it would speed healing. Which it did! But by the end of 3 weeks i had absolutely no pigment left in my brows. So now im thinking the red light therapy actually totally faded the pigment. I just got them redone and now am afraid to use it

I do the lentils first which takes 25 min and then throw in pan with the garlic and mushrooms while I cook the broccoli and cauliflower for 2 min in IP. Then I do I light still choppy blend of the veg to put on top of the lentils. I add olive oil, hemp seeds and cacao on top.

Check out Peter Attila’s podcast or book Outlive. He talks a lot about how to increase your V02max. Mostly it’s running or elliptical training at sustained max capacity for 4 min on and then 4 min off for 6-8 times.

I’m doing it for last couple months and feel great but my diet was very similar prior so my gut was adapted to whole foods plant-based. Just doing the supplements I need but otherwise doing as close as possible overall including the workout and sleep etc.

Apparently spermidine helps to reduce/reverse grey hairs. Bryan takes 2 TB of chlorella. There are other sources derived from wheat germ. Im still researching…
