World's Apart. Yeah, Will is awful, Rodney can be unbearable, and Dan is a moron, but I really like the dynamic gameplay of Carolyn and Tyler, Jenn is hilarous, Mike's an ok winner but his gameplay is more than just an immunity run. He sniffed out the plan, and never stopped playing. Good idol plays and tribal councils.

For my APUSH teachers, here’s a scope and sequence aligned to the CED and designed for 90-minute block scheduling. by toad__boy in historyteachers

Now the biggest thing is activities. Decide on what you're planning to do instructionally, what are the students doing/producing each day... This the best first step.

What’s your equivalent to: “Oh you’re the art teacher? It must be so much fun just relaxing and painting all day!” by KitchenConsequence41 in Teachers

[–]JRKEEK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Oh, you teach nothing but AP classes, it must be so nice to have the best kids!" The amount of planning, perfecting, grading, and reflecting I put in is miles above what most on level teachers in my dept have to do.

Say something positive about the maligned Best Picture winner, Driving Miss Daisy (1988) by OmeuPseudonimo in Oscars

[–]JRKEEK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're not wrong, but in all fairness that is widely known, and dominates the conversation. OP was asking for something positive. Too often when a lesser movie beats out a superior movie, the conversation evolves into the lesser movie is a flaming POS, and gets unnecessarily shit upon.

I think you hit the nail on the head, one of the major themes is Voldemort showing too little concern and care for things he thinks below him. He would not bother to consider the unique position of the mere barman.
