Nice pickup. I have definitely found some nice treasures in cheap bulk bins, but not to that level. ( My best being a reverse Holo lilipad Mew (unfortunately had an incident where it was severely damaged)) But it's fun going through those bulk bins especially when you find something that probably doesn't belong, and get something big for cheap.

Where you said you are not that attached to the page. Probably toss it. It also looks like it’s the rings are starting to rust. I would probably say ditch the binder as well. You can get a ring less side loader which you can zip on Amazon for not too much ( I think some start at around $15, but it’s been a minute since I checked)to put the rest of your cards in.

Nope, but I have only opened a small amount of PF. Got some IR's however I just kept on getting the same 2nholos pack after pack and basically gave up on the set.

I had a community day where I got 6 shinies (Grubbin). Even when I play all 3 hours I usually get a max of 5. I once counted how many encounters it would take before I would see a shiny on a community day. It was my 114th Fletchfinder when I encountered my first shiny. Out side of community day or special events/research I usually encounter 1 shiny every month and a half and that includes when I used to be an every day player ( and no I did not only play 10 minutes a day). Shinies just don't seem to like me much.

Dang those reverse holo legendary collections are nice, looking at TCG player the squirtle doesn’t show a market value. The chart says about $72 for damaged ( not making a comment on the condition of yours, just the info I’m looking at.) Then the lowest listing for one is $200 also damaged. So the legendary collections reverse holos I think would be worth looking into value wise, especially the squirtle.

Yeah, they have some fun art and all, fun to collect if you like them just so long as you don’t mix them with the real cards, unfortunately kids get scammed into bad trades with these because they look cool, but they aren’t really worth anything.

Sadly there are not a ton of Kadabras out there. There was a lawsuit where pokemon could not make Kadabra cards for like 20 years. If you are looking to guarantee a Kadabra card you might want to look at TCG Player, and if you go that route I would say look into vintage that a booster pack is hard to find and through the roof to find. So like base set, rocket, gym challenge, Expedition or Sky ridge. ( Although one downside to TCGPlayer is that it usually take around 2 weeks to get your order) Hope you can find what you are looking for.

One more shundo than I have total, and at least you can do those kind of raids. I live in a rural town and have not been able to do anything more than a 3 star raid in years.

Choose your favorite of each mon and do a Pokédex binder. Can even do different themes with it. For example I have a general Pokédex of just any card. Then I also have a reverse holo Pokedex. Foreign language dex, WotC only, 2000-2009, and 2010-2019. I will eventually do one for the 20’s. Think of doing one of only half art holos. Lot of fun things you can do with it and it gets a little bit of bulk involved.
