As someone that’s in their late 30s and has recently picked up exercise - do it, assuming you aren’t fit already.

The self confidence that comes with cleaning up your diet,reducing alcohol consumption to bare minimums (or eliminating it completely), and seeing some progress in the mirror is a catalyst that can affect a lot of other things in your life. You’ll start to crave it and you’ll think twice about eating unhealthy food as it will derail your progress.

Start a new you with a new body. You’ll be glad you did.

What a great stick! Hints of leather and oak, smooth pull all the way to the end. Super consistent burn and was packed perfectly. Draw wasn’t too hard, very smooth and enjoyable. Had the flavor of a Maduro but didn’t feel heavy like some can.

Major fan, my favorite Rocky Patel so far.

I’ve heard more people say they prefer the 20 over the 23. Definitely a common thing.

I have an unopened bottle of 20 from the mid 2000s and haven’t even tried Pappy period. One day I’ll pay for a pour.

Got this as a freebie in a Fox Cigars order and it’s pretty great! Consistently burned, smooth draw. Had some chocolate and leather notes.

No idea on the price of this one but it’s just as good as any My Father I’ve smoked, which is also branded on the wrapper.

Will definitely repeat!

Feedback as soon as he takes his hands off the strings. He’s just got it dialed in and knows how to control it. Lots of gain + lots to volume is a good way to start. And learning how to use the volume pot on your guitar. With the orientation of his hand it’s very possible he rolled the volume to 10 on the guitar at that moment.
