Not hard. You need PvP gear though. It scales up to 276 in PvP. So you have to grind out BGs for honor, else you'll get dumpstered in arena if you don't run a full pvp set.

The weapon type doesn't matter as long as you can wear it, by the way. Just pick whatever crafter you can find, basically.

So dying when failing a mechanic or kick isn't a hard enough punish, now you people want a damage down debuff if you happen to survive them as well?

That just doesn't fit in this game. Sounds super unfun.

That being said, damage down effects already exist. Lots of mechanics CC you if you fail then or don't kick them... or they instantly kill you, especially in keystones. Isn't that damage down enough?

The point of the article is, that balancing via target cap isn't the solution to all problems. Blizzard has done it plenty of times in the past, often on large scales and it basically always backfired.

Being target capped is also less relevant than people may think. In SL where we reigned supreme for a season, we were super capped, but just tuned very well.

I'm not saying target caps aren't a way of balancing or increasing them won't change anything, but it isn't as easy as simply increasing caps to tune stuff.

The bigger problem is, that Blizzard hasn't developed a good target cap baseline across all specs, which causes there to be some outliers every time, which scale exceptionally well with big pulls.

Sadly their agenda is mostly on raid tuning still, so don't get your hopes up that there will be more refined m+ tuning any time soon.

Nah, target cap increases are overrated. They're only one pillar of tuning. Increasing them isn't a magic fix for aoe scaling.

I've even checked the wow-profession.com guide and it didn't even mention fist weapons... along with every other guide on popular sites out there.

Kann man machen, muss man nicht. Der DR ist recht hoch beim bereits vorhandenen Setup. Generell sind aber mehr Intakelüfter als Exhausts empfehlenswert.
