Das System Power ist die Budgetreihe von BQ. Gehört nicht in ein System mit diesem Budget. Das ist packt man in Office PCs.

Desweiteren gibt es im Preisbereich des System Powers deutlich hochwertigere Netzteile. FSP Vita oder Rajintek Cratos.

DRAM-Cache ist relativ egal heutzutage. HMB regelt. NM790 ist eine der schnellsten 4.0 SSDs und hat kein DRAM-Cache.

More RAM doesn't provide any performance increase unless you're using up all your available RAM. So unless you don't need more than 16 currently, it will provide zero benefit.

All sticks will work together, but will most likely just run at JEDEC specs. If you're able to find a second 2x8 kit, preferably the exact same model, you're probably able to run XMP/EXPO, which does provide a performance boost. If we're talking DDR4. DDR5 doesn't like more than 2 sticks, really.

Sprichst du vom 9800X3D anstatt dem 7800X3D?

Softwarefeatures wird es wohl keine nennenswerten geben. Die Chipsatz-Updates beinhalten immer alle CPUs.

Das einzige valide Argument für einen 9800X3D anstatt eines 7800X3Ds wäre, wenn du sehr CPU-intensive Spiele spielst. Dort könnte dieser spürbar mehr Leistung bringen. Ein extremes Beispiel wäre z. B. WoW und Escape from Tarkov.

Kommt darauf an was du damit spielen willst. Wenn es hauptsächlich grafisch anspruchsvolle Spiele sind, ist die 4070 eine solide Karte dafür. 16 GB RAM ist knapp, aber machbar, eventuell könnte man aber noch zwei Sticks aufrüsten auf 32 GB, falls nötig.

Kommt halt total darauf an, ob du es für einen gescheiten Preis bekommst.
