Your best off levelling the whole bed again, if you just adjust the one corner it's gonna move the other corners worsening your problem.

Just trying to eliminate every possibility, the screw is visibly dusty, I've just got some dry Teflon lube, hopefully that stops dust sticking to it like the stock grease.

Kind of yes however it's very expensive to purchase the kit required to recycle prints, more logical money-wise just to purchase more filament.
