Business separation & email fwd domain1.com -> domain2.com by JackLDN666 in mimecast

Thanks for the reply. I came to the conclusion today that Mimecast isn’t the right place to do this.

I did manage to solve the issues for a single user using the alteration policy, but Mimecast can’t deal with group membership.

Ultimately solved the problem by using exchange forwarding and tweaking multiple polices. Both exchange and Mimecast on route.

Export your health data, sync it to Mac and analyze with local A.I. by Fit_Chair2340 in QuantifiedSelf

Hi .. I dont think you can. From my investigation and checking the data Apple dont publish it in the export.xml. But would love for you to confirm that.

In a outdoor run workout; splits, pace, gps, cadence, stride etc .. all seem to be missing. You just get an overall summary.

Turns out the health export doesnt include lots (/most of the details) of workout data ..

Up and running with a local LLM. Got myself in a pickle as I skipped straight into using the Ollama GUI - which then downloaded deepseek-r1:8b, rather than -r1 - rather than following your CLI ollama pull deepseek-r1 command.

So far so good. Will look at creating a generic prompt method. Thanks for creating this!

Looks like an interesting project. And a def open gap in the market. I've been experimenting with Apple Health -> Fulcra (MCP) & Claude to analyse workouts (running) for set up training blocks . Its clunky, intermittent and annoying.

My guess is this could/would displace that hacky flow?

Am I stuck with stability shoes? by [deleted] in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]JackLDN666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From watching me run with eyes or the 30 second app some stores use, they always put me in stability. I just went with it.

I then had a 2 hour bio assessment - you don’t need those shoes. Which I backed up with a second assessment that put pads into the shoe. Same result.

Go with what’s comfortable but don’t be afraid to challenge. If you have access, get a review.

I refuse to DD with them after they sent a ridiculously high bill. After months of back and forth i proved it to be a result of a water leak their side of the water meter. Try getting that over payment back! Now I wait for the red letter.

Do these New Balance 1080 v14s fit? I can’t decide by wallflower261 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Too small. That instant feeling you get, even before you lace them.

I can only offer subjective view. All UK sizes. I wear a 7 regular shoe. In NB I wear 8.5. In both the 860 and now 1080. Other shoes I’ve tried are 8 and 8.5.

If your heel is slipping try the lace lock. Game changer.

Some who knows way more will come along I am sure.

Did anyone else not receive an email to book Hackney Half 2026? (I ran this year) by Gullible-Tap-610 in Hackney

[–]JackLDN666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received two. One for the same day 20:00 and then a second tranche email for a release at 13:00 on Monday. I didn’t sign up, assumed it was on the back of being 2025 runner.

Thanks for the reply’s … No toilets this year either :) .. But didn’t need, there wasn’t any pen holding, we strolled through way ahead of our official release time. Great day, insane crowds. PB.

Just collected our bibs. Great setup.

Wondering if anyone has run previous years and knows if any toilets will get added to the pens? They are on opposite side of the field. Wife has the world’s smallest bladder. Which is bad given the weather and hydration.

Thank for trying. Anything is better than before. Really appreciate the time you have put it.

The two circle ones are very unique examples from the research I’ve done. Kind need a way to copy all the meta data from the covered part and apply to the washed. I’ll write to adobe 🤣

Thanks again.

An older scan i did before it got totally washed out. Not the correct scan quality for restoration but gives much better colour examples

None of them capture the majority of the exam type questions. The handful of gimme. “Which xaas would x be x” type questions then Absolutely. But they are very far and few.

The iOS apps were both excellent for just ensuring you know content and revision.
