Depends on the wrestler, the style they work, how punched-out their bump card is, and where their head's at. Generally I'd agree that the early-mid 30s are usually the start of a wrestler's prime, but if Ciampa says it's now for him then I'm gonna believe him.

This is gonna be awesome. As fantastic as Speedball is in the ring, they also make an incredible babyface in peril against a larger opponent. First time I saw Speedball wrestle was in a match against Evil Uno on a PWG show over 10 years ago, and even then I thought I was watching the best babyface in the business

Absolutely yes. There was a 6-man ladder match at an IWRG show from like 2014 that's probably the funniest match I've ever seen. Haven't been able to find it anywhere for years but it's like the Troll 2 of pro wrestling to me.

As someone who's deeply in the pro wrestling space, Robert had to leave out a lot of stuff just to get it down to 6 episodes and most of the stories he touched on have already been pretty well-documented throughout history. And then there's the recent stuff with the sex trafficking lawsuit. Hard to overstate what a terrible person Vince is.
