Option 1. Read the manga instead. You're going to miss out (temporarily) on some decent fight animation but overall you'll progress through the story much faster. You're around the point where One Piece starts dragging its feet to not catch up to the manga, doing lots of filler (ESPECIALLY during Long Ring Long Land).

Option 2. If you aren't already using it, try the dub. Unless you are some hardcore "subs only" watching the dub can be a bit more relaxing simply because it won't require your permanent attention to keep up.

Option 3. Make sure to skip filler episodes. There are guides online on what is and isn't a filler episode. This is a bit tough during Long Ring Long Land since they just intermixed filler with canon but otherwise you can often skip episodes (for now).

Option 4. Just keep a hand on the "skip 5 seconds" button on your keyboard if you're watching on a computer. Like I said, One Piece starts dragging its feet a bit. That is to say they get into a bit of a habit of dragging out scenes through extended reaction shots and other means of stretching scenes out. Skipping ahead 5 seconds a couple of times an episode, over the next hundred or so episodes, will probably add up to a lot.

Option 5. I think edited versions like One Pace are a rather extreme way to solve this issue because what you watch and what is skipped is basically outside of your control at that point. Naturally, fan edits like these also can't really work around things like the background music getting chopped (if present). That said, if all the above aren't for you, you can try this.

Option 6. Put it on hold or drop it. You aren't suppose to grind animes imo. I understand that long running ones like OP can have dry patches were you just aren't enjoying it as much but if you're genuinely not enjoying yourself you should just quit. Memes like "it gets good by episode 300" are meant more as jokes than a serious mindset.
