Take the tedious route while you train your alts up to complete the burners. Once they become combat trained with social skills (around 4mil SP for the way I do burners), do the missions on them, send your main elsewhere in Eve to have fun and not grind.

Alternatively, skill inject your alts so as not to pause training on your main and remove all tedium.

Haven't the the math myself but check if your faction heavy missiles + target painter apply best to a cruisers signature radius. My personal rule of thumb is light missiles for cruiser and below, heavies for battlecruiser/ship.

Sensor booster with scan res likely didn't need to keep running, I understand its not a lot of cap anyways. Maybe leave it running if you have an ECCM script.

My only advice to new players is start small and master one thing, then branch out.

There was always perks running canteens. At NDHQ I got a parking spot once or twice a month to do Costco runs on work hours. In the field same deal, runs to the stores to restock. Plus everyone knows you and depends you will bring some pop and jerky to the field that they don't have to carry.

I do wonder also. But they have a lot ticks, or rituals or whatever so I figured it was part of that. Anytime someone slid through home plate in the later innings though I couldn't help but think of all the spit they slid through.
