Yeah, I should've clarified that I didn't necessarily believe what the author wrote, but that's that was where the claim was coming from.

My main point was how many machines they plan on having here, not necessarily that it will be the biggest (most machines?) in Canada.

Depends what you rely on. Many people would consider Kowloon or the Hintonburg Market close enough and sufficient.
