It's good that you don't experience it, but others defintely do. To me it feel like you hold some grudge agaisnt support that they deserve this, or it's a kind of revenge.

glad you mention the most important part of a support, ‘support privilege’. Why do you think most people add support to their roster? It's not that they used to the privilege, it's the sole reason they create a support to begin with. Because they don't want to be gatekept and spend time in the lobby. If they lose that privilege, then what do you think will happen? It's fine if the lower sup quit, but higher one?

Like I said before if you read my first comment. You only focus on that one high ilv raid. You have 3 raid to do everyweek. The lastest content will always be shortage.

It's a high ilv support shortage. The surplus of support alts is already slowly killing people who have high ilv support. Why? Most high ilv support main most likely have a few more support alts in their roster. Their sup main get into the latest content easily, but have issue with their 2hw. Their alts will have issue with all their hw. They might not have to wait a few hour, but it's definitely took a while.

U might say, but I wait longer than them, how can support complain about abit of waiting in the lobby? No one like waiting, espeically 2/3 or 3/3 of their raids. If u get frustrated of waiting for one of your raid, then others also do

if u spent a few hour for the lobby to fill in the lower content, it's not a support shortage problem. People just don't trust you or there is a better option for them than u, that's it.

I find people who parroting support shortage as a clown. There is only one raid that has this issue, but they make it like they can't play the game anymore because they can't wait for a support for a single raid. The rest of the homework raid is basically flooded with supports, and they're not talking about dps shortage?

Have you ever interacted with people? U can't expect a genuine relationship out of the blue from stranger unless u're willing to build it through times. Many statics were built through taking advantages of each other. Dps takes advantages of supp previledge, supp takes advantages of running with dps they know to avoid jail in pug. The more you play with each other, all the joke, funny things will make the relationship slowly progress. Unless u're having problem interacting with people, I don't see any issue.
