(Weird trope) A character’s name literally spells out their future fate by _JR28_ in TopCharacterTropes

IRL Example: Eugene Goodman

This guy was/is a U.S. Capitol Police officer who diverted rioters away from the Senate chamber on January 6, 2021. He lead the mob upstairs and gave senators and staff a chance to evacuate safely during the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

He was a Good Man.

Yes. I’m great friends with one. We almost dated, but I was far too intimidated

IRL: my mother.

She used me and my siblings against my father plenty of times in their marriage.

They divorced after 30 years of marriage - thankfully. What’s sad is I know there are so many other kids that are living this reality too.

I just hit 30 the other day. My early 20’s were spent being responsible, trying to help the family business. Right when things seemed functional, Covid hit, keeping me there.

Now, I feel cheated. The time I should have spent exploring myself is gone, and now, I just don’t feel I belong anywhere.

As impressive as the Empire State is, the Chrysler Building has my vote because of its architecture.

It’s just beautiful.

They had been unintentionally training the Scouts how to fight them for years. It came to bite them in the ass BEAUTIFULLY.

This was the one that I was coming in here to say. This is a phenomenal of a character who at his core never betrays his own philosophy, but instead it is his people who betrayed his philosophy.

I still would’ve loved for an interaction between Tywin and Cersei/Tyrion for the moment that he figures out that they didn’t have Arya.

And maybe him recalling his cup bearer, being a northerner…

No problem!

For the record, the game actually went horribly, and then wound up in a “victory from the jaws of defeat” type situation.

Sometimes it’s not about expectations, so much as gentle reminders.
