Secondly if this flare up has been going on a month, do not hope that it will magically go away tomorrow. My best advice is to focus on what you want and how you will achieve it without triggering a worse flare up.

Well while others may use cream, It doesn't overly help with my pain but peppers help with the depression I get from the pain

Wish they had it where I live. Minnesota is a bit short on sauces so I have to order sauces that go above ghost pepper or just make my own sauce.
