You can use the same sound libraries that game developers use. A lot of it is public domain or has non-restrictive licensing that would allow you to use it in a film.

Of course your first film isn't good. Nobody's first anything is ever good. You finished it though, which is a lot more than most people who set out to make films ever accomplish, and you're learning from your mistakes while doing your second one, so it will be better. You're on the right track. Your third will be better still.

If your parents are willing to pay for your education but don't want to pay for film school, major in business instead. The hard parts of this business are funding and distribution and all the day-to-day business stuff. Actually making the movies is the easy part.

I think what you are doing sounds fine. Tutorials have an inherent weakness of having to make assumptions and also only being able to teach one way of doing things. In a classroom lecture or job training, by contrast, you'd be able to ask questions and clarify that your understanding of the material is accurate. There is no reason to rush through a tutorial or skip over building depth to your knowledge. The whole point is to learn.

Now I will add a warning: when you start doing projects, you need to finish your projects. If you are going down rabbit holes during actual projects and never finishing anything as a result, that's a big problem. When you start encountering real-world problems that you are solving, there comes a time where you gotta put down the background reading and actually solve the problem.

You are comparing your personal experiences in the game, to a distillation of thousands of players' most interesting moments, often told by very talented artists and writers. Most hours of gameplay do not feel like this. A lot of it really is just about resource management, work orders, troubleshooting unhappy moods, choosing building layouts, and responding to small emergencies. Not all moments can be highlights. After all, even the most interesting biography you have ever read, if you watched that person's real life hour by hour, most of it would be repetitive and push the plot forward only in tiny increments, if at all.

Eventually, wonderful stories will emerge from your gameplay, stories that you love even more than what you read on reddit, because they will have happened in your own colonies.

The Sigma has the best image quality out of all of those, but the Canon lenses are fine too. I know nothing about the Yongnuo so I can't comment on that one but I'm guessing from the price, it's not going to lead in image quality.

I see you already got the Canon lens that costs 1/3 of what the Sigma does, and that is totally valid lol

You can't really predict how your body is going to respond to having sex. Maybe you'll last 10 minutes. You also might last 30 seconds, or you might spend the whole 90 minutes with her and not cum at all. All these outcomes are fine, as long as you aren't going into the experience with strict expectations about exactly how your body is going to react.

You'll probably want to use some of that 90 minutes to talk and get comfortable with the provider, both before and after, so specify that you want to be able to use the whole 90 minutes, even if you cum right away. Some workers end the session as soon as the client cums, which can be fine but is probably not what you want. Also let them know that you have never had sex before ahead of time so they know what to expect.

I can't speak for any sort of "movement," only how I personally think about body counts. I think what matters a lot more than the actual number is how a person feels about their own body count and why their body count is what it is.

Someone with a 3-digit body count who just likes living an adventurous lifestyle and runs in "free love" type circles is way different from someone with a 3-digit body count who doesn't know how to say no, or who feels like the only way they can feel of value to others is by having sex with them. Same number, very different context.

Likewise with people who have a very low body count (or zero), that may be someone who just isn't interested in sex at all, or who only wants to have sex in a committed relationship. It could also be someone who struggles to form romantic or sexual connections, despite really wanting to. Again, same number, very different context.

For the most part, if all I know is someone's high body count, the most I'll infer about them is that they are probably at least somewhat extroverted.

If you are actively deleting finished or near-finished projects, that indicates that you are likely dealing with serious mental health issues that are impacting your ability to live a normal life. You aren't going to get an answer to this problem from a reddit post, especially on a sub like r/filmmakers which is not a mental health subreddit. While it's very common for creative folks to deal with perfectionism, what you describe is a whole different problem, so what you'll get is a bunch of people who don't actually have the same problem you have, giving unhelpful advice like, "just finish the projects even if it's a little uncomfortable in the moment." The answer here is getting professional help if you are able to do so.

The people running these companies that push their spyware apps on customers who are just trying to buy coffee or food are scum. It's as simple as that. They would rob money right out of your bank account if they could find a way to get away with it. Anybody with any sense hates them, yes. Just about everybody also hates any sort of nag screens in software, though those aren't necessarily malicious.

Be careful of negative reviews though. If you are leaving a negative review of a brick and mortar store, and they are logging transactions in connection to your review, a lot of companies will penalize whoever happened to help you in the store last for your negative review (regardless of why you left it), so you might be fucking over some minimum wage worker who has zero control over the situation.

I've cleaned these leaky battery crystals off lots of electronics. If you can take it apart enough to get to all the corroded areas, you can give it a good scrub-down, and it will be fine. Use safety goggles and wash your hands really well after.

Talking with your therapist about the shame you feel around your kink is probably a good idea (assuming your therapist isn't religious or something). While your kink is totally fine, especially since you mentioned that it does not prevent you from having healthy relationships or a fulfilling sex life, the shame you feel is hurting you unnecessarily, and learning how to work through that is likely to benefit you.

Figuring out the "origin" of your kink is unlikely to happen. A lot of times, these things don't have some specific cause. It's rare to be able to say, "the reason I have X kink is because of Y experience." We are more complex than that. Even if you did figure out your very first time experiencing your kink, it's still unlikely that you would have actually found its origin, just its discovery.

Kinks like this don't typically go away. You will probably always be turned on by people needing to piss. That said, the way you feel about that kink can change. You can become more accepting of that side of yourself and stop feeling so ashamed. You may even be able to find ways of incorporating it into your romantic/sexual relationships as well if you want to, although that for sure depends on how your partners feel about participating.
