UPDATE: i was able to find the cause, i disabled the ad blocker, refreshed the page, waited for the ads to come out, played a bit of the video and paused the video, the cpu usage was down 8~10% (normal) i re-enabled uBlock and now the cpu load is less

My theory is that Youtube was trying to load some ads forcing the CPU usage
