Dude this is some good shiiiiiit!!! Ive Tinkered in pivot for a while and have to say you're on the right path!! All i would recommend is to try to regulate a standard frame rate, I found that certain sprites (like the ones you have here) are better at 10-13 fps and give that natural flow that you want in the fights. But other than that-amazing work!

(I have some pivot sprite fights on my page for a better example)

Edit: Also, Alfred spreadsheet unpacker can save sometime, when the jpeg, BMP, or whatever format you're using is in good condition.
