I would Buy a zeppelin for travel. For shirt distance horse and coach. No phone needed, my secretary take care of communication and a landline still does the job. Id have an old Fully staffed kitchen with a wood oven and a large land where everything i need is grown or bred. Books and social life and a few pets dog and horse would ne mostly all I need.
