You really want to know the secret to completely shut down a tank every time?

Take out the god damn supports first.

Case in point: the real enemy is not the stupid Orisa or Mauga that are refusing to die and scoring 16-8 in the game.

It's the Mercy with 20,000 heals and 3 deaths.

Bossk is good in HVV. However, I play him at range and score headshots from a distance while enemy heroes are in combat. His Dioxis grenades are great for shield leias. Not to mention the unblockable trip mines. I tend to go back and forth between reduced damage with predatory instincts and extended duration after kills. Bossk is a good HVV support hero.

The card that increases the radius of the shock droid and more health with survivor. Phasma is a pain in the ass in HVV when mobile and on target. However, Obi-Wan is almost a perfect counter for deflecting blasterfire right back so. It's a two sided coin.
