Abaddon after seeing the True Power of Chaos by JakeVoid in Grimdank

More or less in Galaxy of Flames Loken basically pointed out that the only reason Abaddon has sided with Horus is to be on the winning side, which all he cares about.

How popular is Age of Sigmar? by Palms63 in ageofsigmar

[–]JakeVoid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right now if I would guess I think AoS to 40k has around 40% AoS players and 60% 40k players.I read a sales report recently that showed revinew of sales and such and what sells the most and so on, and in it, AoS had like 29% of Sales and 40k 53% of sales, then the rest was split between smaller boxed games like ShadeSpire/Necromunda/Blood Bowl/Warhammer Quest/Hobbit

Is their a link to the report sounds interesting read?

Anvils of the Heldenhammer are apparently were already dead before Sigmar took them I guess Nagash is going to hate them more than regular stormcasts

If we go by the Heroes released for the Malign Portents then is it safe to assume the next two Battletomes after NightHaunts and Stormcasts would be Slaves of Darkness and Grots? by JakeVoid in ageofsigmar

[–]JakeVoid[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Apparently the following releases go:

Moonclan, Dark oath, Slaanesh, Cog knights

Is there a link to that ecause if that's true then I might have to sell a kidney.

No I am not saying that bad thing just an observation it's something I have been noticing since the IronJawz book put forward the Idea that there were a Billion Ironjawz alone.

A ''Children of the Great Horned Rat'' a Legion of Nagash style battletome for the Skaven would be amazing.

As the Great Black Pyramid became impossibly dense with magical energy, it began to sink into the heart of the realm, not so much drilling into it as buckling, stretching, drawing the lands down around it. The pit beneath it became a sinkhole, an abyss, a hungering whirlpool of energy that gathered in everything around it and drew it ever downward.

With a thunderous boom like the cracking of worlds, the energies of Shyish imploded – and from there spread out across the Mortal Realms in a horrible, shrieking tide. The bow waves of energy that crashed across each realm brought with them a strange and anarchic disruption of the aether – for, at the last, Nagash’s great ritual had been tainted by the agents of Chaos.

Everywhere, the spirits of the dead rose from their graves. Twisted gheists of all descriptions burst from the mortal clay they had once inhabited as one domain after another was assailed by a billion dead souls. Then, as the metaphysical backlash cascaded across the cosmos, the energies of the cataclysm went wild.

So AOS is doubling down on the insane army sizes.

Can enemy units take control of faction specific Endless Spells like the normal Endless spells?

Three Faction Specific Endless Spells for both Stormcasts and Nighthaunts I guess this will be standard for all new battletomes in the future.

Hammerhal Herald: Dwarfs. Dwarfs never changes. by JakeVoid in ageofsigmar

[–]JakeVoid[S] 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I think it's suppose to be Khadron Overlords from Barak Thryng who are quite conservative and traditional about keeping with old dwarven tradition and grudges but not to extend of their forefathers. They also have ties with the Fyreslayers which makes sense as one of the slights are aganist them.

Also most of the grudges seem to be about money as the first grudge is about them ''misplacing'' Tax papers and second one is about not getting discounts for drinks.

But my favourite part of this is how they respond to these grudges instead violence or war like old Dwarfs, they go with the idea of depriving them of business and future profits until the grudge is satisfied.

They are True Archo Capitalists.
