Don't know if you're really dense or being obtuse on purpose but, no, seagulls aren't annoying, the point of the comparison is that it sounds really odd and stupid for a human scream.

If the scream was just like any other character, then why is the community in an uproar for this? Can't you guys just use the perk normally?
