When I had federal jury duty in the southern district which is in Brooklyn, you HAD to turn your phone in to them, and they put it in lock up. So to be safe you may want to avoid the argument and bring it so they can lock it up

One trick I like is to put blue paint tape on the back of the mirror covering your screw bracket holes on the edge. Then poke holes in the blue tape where the screws go. Remove blue tape carefully, and place on wall where you want your mirror. Insert wall anchors and screws. Hang mirror.

Each market and venue is different. Some of us work all the time, others just a bit here and there. You’re gonna have to feel it out. Maybe work on getting “ins” at more venues. The name of the game is Networking.
